After hours access to the township public assistance office is provided by a phone system with voice mail and programmed to provide information about office hours. The Fairfield Township Trustee will respond to a telephone inquiry for township public assistance service within 24 hours after receiving the inquiry (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays).
Please note that we stop taking assistance applications, one hour before close.

Community Room:
A community room is available for members of the community to rent free of charge, but a refundable deposit may be required for some circumstances. The room holds about 30 people comfortably without tables. Eight and six foot tables are available to use. It’s perfect for club meetings, small gatherings, etc. A small kitchen is available off the room for food preparation. Contact us at (765) 742-7476 to make a reservation.
